description:
This Project is directed on amplification, expansion and formation
of the conditions for the further steady development of national
academic, research and educational and public (community) informational
networks in Azerbaijan. The purposes of the Project are coordination
of efforts of all parties, interested in the given question on all
country, including organizations, which work in educational field,
science, ICT, civil society and also the noncommercial and profitless
public sector of ICT.
The Project will facilitate and give opportunities on an exchange,
training and co-operation between schoolchildren, students, teachers,
research and academic society in Azerbaijan with their foreign colleagues
on worldwide. These works will substantially facilitate to amplification
of democratic institutes, facilitate the qualitative management
and expansion of information exchange between regions and interested
parties both inside and outside Azerbaijan and also to expansion
of participation of Azerbaijan in the process of globalization and
information of the society.
